1. Eligibility

The Free Furnace Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents located within a 50-mile radius of Pro Tech Mechanical's shop location who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be homeowners. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Pro Tech Mechanical, as well as anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form available on the Giveaway webpage, including their full name, email address, phone number, and how they heard about our company.

Limit one (1) free entry per household. Duplicate free entries will be disqualified.

Bonus Entry With Purchase (Exception)

Each household may receive one (1) additional bonus entry if a qualifying Pro Tech Mechanical service is purchased during the Giveaway period. Qualifying services include, but are not limited to, tune-up appointments, diagnostic service calls, or part replacements.

Maximum of two (2) total entries per household (one free entry and one bonus entry).

A purchase does not increase the chances of winning beyond the single bonus entry described above.

Entries must be received by March 31st, 2026 to be eligible.

3. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a free furnace (brand and model to be determined by Pro Tech Mechanical).

Installation is not included.

Winner will be responsible for any installation costs, modifications, permits, or additional parts or services required to complete installation.

No cash or prize substitutions are permitted, except at the discretion of Pro Tech Mechanical. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within 3 days of the entry deadline.

The winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact information provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, a new winner may be selected.

Pro Tech Mechanical reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding any prize.

5. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Pro Tech Mechanical permission to use their name, city, likeness, and/or testimonial for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected through the entry form will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except as necessary to administer the Giveaway or as required by law.

7. General Conditions

Pro Tech Mechanical reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if any event beyond its control affects the integrity or fairness of the promotion.

Pro Tech Mechanical is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may affect participation.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pro Tech Mechanical, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or the acceptance and use of the prize.
